All quotations are provided in, and payments due in US Dollars.

Standard payment terms are 1% 10 Net 30.

Shipping costs are not included in quotations. Unless otherwise specified by the customer shipping will be by the cheapest method offered by UPS. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice as soon as they are received from UPS.

Purchaser is respondible for all taxes, duties, and other fees imposed by the destination juristiction(s). They will be added to your invoice as soon as received from UPS or their agent. These items are payable upon presentation.

Overdue payments will be subject to a 1 1/2% late fee per month.

We accept corporate Purchase Orders after credit approval, credit card purchases, payments by corporate check, or payments by wire transfer. For wire transfer payments all service fees imposed by the originating bank, or transit banks are the responsibility of the purchaser. S4 will pay any wire transfer fees imposed by our bank. For international wire transfers we will include a $25.00 service fee on your invoice. Any amount in excess of the invoiced amount will be credited against future purchases.
