The OPC-SNMP Enterprise Agent has been used to integrate numerous Building Automation Systems (BAS) to Enterprise Management platforms. When user defined thresholds are crossed within the OPC-based BAS a SNMP trap is triggered and sent to the enterprise manager. This product can be applied in a local area, for instance an individual data center, or enterprise wide.
