Just about all of the FAQ entries are derived from actual discussions or eMail correspondence that I have had with customers or partners. In cases where they are customer or project specific I have generalized them to protect confidentiality or competition sensitive issues.

Since the FAQ is new I'll be reviewing our eMail archive and, as time allows, making entries from this historical information where I think the topic will be of general interest.
